MACHINING
We offer cooperative services, primarily CNC machining on milling and boring machines, as well as conventional turning.
CNC boring: up to 4000 x 2000 x 2500 mm, maximum 5 tons
CNC milling: up to 800 x 1000 x 3000 mm
Plasma and gas cutting of sheet metal up to thickness: 100 mm
Bending sheet metal: up to 30 mm thick, bending length up to 3100 mm
Rolling sheets: thickness up to 12 mm, width up to 2000 mm
Conventional turning of elements: up to dia. 610 mm and length 1500 mm
WELDING
Welding of various steel grades in accordance with the ISO 3834-2:2007 system – including stainless steel, Super Duplex, SMO 254
PAINTING
Anti-corrosion protection: surface cleaning with grit up to SA 2.5 and wet painting to high standards, including C5 quality and painting compliant with the NORSOK M-501 standard
